Vending Trucks or Booths are $250 for Thursday, Friday & Saturday! Breakfast Only Vending is just $100 for Friday, Saturday & Sunday! All booth space or food truck space is outdoors at Veteran’s Memorial Park. Tents are not included. Electricity and water is included. Limited 50 amp on first come first served basis. Space is limited to insure the proper number of vendors. The event will have approximately 500 cyclists coming from around the world to stay several days in Sierra Vista and visit the surrounding area. Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings there will be live music at the Veteran’s Memorial Park Pavilion, a beer garden and we are looking for food trucks and vendors and other vendors. Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, riders will be looking for breakfast. This will also be open for free to the general public. The suggested times are: Noon – 8pm on Thursday (April 22, 2027) Noon – 8pm on Friday (April 23, 2027) 3pm – 8pm Saturday (April 24, 2027) and 11am-2pm on Sunday (April 25, 2027 OPTIONAL) if you plan to serve breakfast items, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings you should be ready to serve at 6am until 9am. Festival Days/Hours Thursday – April 22nd, Noon – 8pm Friday – April 23rd, Noon – 8pm (Breakfast 6am-9am) Saturday – April 24th, 3pm – 8pm (Breakfast 6am-9am) Sunday – April 25th, 11am – 2pm (Breakfast 6am-9am) Cochise County Health Permits There are any county requirements for Mobile Food Vendors that must be completed for all food vendors. This is your responsibility to obtain the necessary county permits. Information and applications can be found at: Cochise County Health Permits Terms and Conditions This AGREEMENT is entered into, as of the date of acceptance by Perimeter Bicycling Association’s site manager (the effective date), by and between Exhibitor and El Tour de Zona. These standard terms and conditions shall apply to the Application and Contract Agreement entered by the Exhibitor named therein and El Tour de Zona regarding the El Tour de Zona’s Expo event. Cancellation. Exhibitor must notify El Tour de Zona’s site manager in writing if the Exhibitor wishes to cancel their participation in the El Tour de Zona’s Expo event. A refund of exhibitor fees paid, less a 10% cancellation assessment, shall be processed for notifications received before April 1, 2027. No refunds shall be given for cancellations received on or after April 1, 2027. El Tour de Zona may at its discretion reassign and otherwise utilize Exhibitor’s canceled space. Booth Space. El Tour de Zona shall provide Exhibitor with a space approximately 10’ x 20’, with the assigned booth location to be determined by El Tour de Zona in its sole discretion. Although El Tour de Zona’s site manager will attempt to accommodate exhibitor requests for specific booths, no guarantees can be made that the Exhibitor will be assigned the specific booth(s) requested. When applicable, booth space is assigned in the order applications were received. El Tour de Zona’s site manager shall have final authority on booth locations and set up. Booth spaces are rented only for the full run of the El Tour de Zona’s Expo event. The El Tour de Zona’s site manager reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in exhibition space and may reject its inclusion at its sole discretion. Obligations of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees that it shall participate in the El Tour de Zona’s Expo event during all scheduled hours in which the El Tour de Zona’s Expo event area is open to the public. All exhibits must be staffed during show hours by at least one person. Staff must be 18 years of age or older. Lotteries, drawings, guessing games or prize contests of any kind sponsored by individual Exhibitors are subject to the site manager approval. Display material must be confined to the individual Exhibitor’s own booth area. No placard, stickers, or other signs relating to any other business will be allowed in individual exhibits or anywhere else in the show. No exhibitor shall assign or sublet the whole or part of the space allotted, or exhibit therein, any programs or services other than those specified in the contract for exhibit space unless such is preapproved in writing by the El Tour de Zona’s site manager. No amplifiers, television receivers, loudspeakers, loud alarms or flashing lights may be operated in the individual exhibits except with the signed approval of the site manager. No advertising or printed material, which in the site manager’s opinion is undignified or otherwise objectionable, shall be distributed. Exhibitors have the right to distribute brochures and other printed matter only from the space occupied by them and no other way. The El Tour de Zona’s site manager shall have the right to make last minute booth assignment changes and/or to order Exhibitor to modify or rearrange its booth display and/or relocate or remove its banner displays for reasons including but not limited to the reduction or eli
