EVENT OVERVIEW Race Details Date: Saturday, January 30th Start Time: 8:30 AM for all distances (5 Mile, 10 Mile & 15 Mile) Location: Historic Fort Monroe Course: Unique 5-mile course featuring a loop inside the moat and a scenic out-and-back on the Mercury Blvd. bridge overlooking Mill Creek. Key Logistics Packet Pickup: Race Day packet pickup will be at the Start/Finish line under the Tidewater Striders tent. Pre Race Packet Pickup will be at Running Etc. 1940 Laskin Road, Friday, January 29 from 4 to 6 PM After Race Party: Paradise Ocean Club, 490 Fenwick Road, Fort Monroe 23651 (located 3/4 mile from the start/finish line). Grand Prix Status: The 10 and 15-mile races are part of the Tidewater Striders Grand Prix. The 15-mile race is also designated as a Hampton Roads Super Grand Prix. Inclement Weather Policy: The Race Director and the Tidewater Striders reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust distances as needed for safety or venue access restrictions.
