Registration for the FUN FIT 5K / 10K & Hybrid 5K costs $25 to $30. Held on July 18, 2026, in Pompano Beach, Florida, the race offers two running distances: a 1-mile option and a 6.2-mile option. The event starts at 7:00 AM from 1103 North Federal Highway. Whether you're looking for a shorter effort or a longer aerobic effort, this race provides flexibility for runners at different fitness levels on the same day.

From the Race Organizer
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. All (3) events are Non Scored Events .... Packet pick up at Runners Depot (Davie & Fort Lauderdale) starts Saturday July 11th and Closes Friday July 17th at Noon ... we will have packet pick up and registration on race day. This event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K run / walk or you can participate in the Hybrid 5K, if you elect to participate in the Hybrid 5K, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile: JUMPING JACKS SIT UPS LUNGES AIR SQUATS PUSHUPS BURPEES
