Come run with us as we celebrate a trail that brings our communities together! The First Annual Meadowlark Marathon is coming to Lindsborg and McPherson on April 10, 2027. Runners will have the opportunity to experience the newly completed Meadowlark Trail. Whether you're looking to tackle a full marathon, enjoy a half marathon, or have some fun with a 5K, there's a distance for everyone. Bring your friends and family, enjoy the beautiful trail, and stick around after the race for food trucks, music and fun at Riverside Park. We're excited to welcome runners from near and far for a fun day that celebrates running, community and the new Meadowlark Trail! Race Options Marathon – 26.2 miles Half Marathon – 13.1 miles 5K – 3.1 miles All races will follow an out-and-back course, beginning at the Lindsborg trailhead and showcasing the newly completed Meadowlark Trail. This is a live, timed course, so runners can track their official finish time and celebrate their accomplishment with a finisher medal. What's Included All registered participants will receive: Official event T-shirt Goodie bags Race bib and timing Finisher medal Post-Race Celebration The fun doesn't stop when you cross the finish line! Join fellow runners, friends and family at Riverside Park for a post-race celebration featuring local food trucks, music and plenty of fun. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, refuel and celebrate your accomplishment. Cancellation & Registration Policy Registration fees are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled due to weather, participants may request a deferral to a future event. Deferral requests must be submitted by April 24, 2027.
