At Recovery Through Repetition (RTR), we recognize the deep connection between mental health, recovery, and movement. Inspired by this, we are proud to host the 2nd Annual RTR 5K for Recovery, an event dedicated to Shining a Light on Mental Health by raising funds and awareness for those in recovery while promoting the mental and physical benefits of fitness. RTR is a nonprofit organization that provides a safe and supportive space for individuals affected by addiction, offering fitness classes, community involvement opportunities, and scholarships for career development.
