Every step helps make a difference. 🏃♀️ How to Participate: The 2026 Cox 5K offers both in‑person and virtual options, so you can join in wherever and however you like—indoors or outdoors, solo or with your favorite people. Run, walk, skip, hop, or roll (strollers and wheelchairs welcome!). The only requirement? Participate safely and have fun. ✅ Who Can Join?
