COME JOIN IN A 60+ YEAR TRADITION!! Please join us for the annual running (61 years for the Arts Festival by the way!!) of the Cedar Valley Arts Festival 5K & 10K Road Race! Once again held in beautiful Peek Park located at 607 N. College St. in Downtown Cedartown, GA. This is a flat and fast course that follows paved public roads (closed during the race of course!) along a very scenic and private lake on a historic route throughout downtown Cedartown. Proceeds from the race go to benefit the Cedartown Junior Service League Endorsed Projects as well as Local high school scholarships (including for Cedartown and Rockmart High Schools) BOTH the 5K and the 10K are Certified Peachtree Qualifiers! (5K USATF Certification# GA13100WC & 10K USATF Certification# GA19004WC.) After the race, plan to hang around for the 61st Annual Arts Festival which opens at 10:00 AM with tons of vendors, food, and entertainment for the whole family!
