Join us for the Lava Hot Springs Community Celebration Fun Run and PickleBall Challenge! Start time is 8am at the Buddy Campbell Park. Check-in for the run will begin at 7am. Same day registration is also available at check-in. A short course of 1 mile is available for families. The 5k course is a mostly fun out and back course. It begins at Buddy Campbell Park and continues along Maughan Road for 1.5 miles. The road has gentle rolling hills and curves. The turn around location is where Maughan Road intersects with Merrick Road. This will be a marked with a sign and flags. The PickleBall Challenge will be played on the 6 courts located at Buddy Campbell Park. In the case of inclement weather the games will be moved to a local indoor facility. All proceeds go to the Greater Lava Hot Springs Prosperity Foundation to support and celebrate projects that enhance arts, foster culture, and cultivate community in the everyday life of the Greater Lava Hot Springs region.
