Run, Ride, & Rumble for PTS Awareness 2026 combines running and cycling events in Birmingham on June 13. Participants can choose from running distances of 5K, 5 miles, or 10 miles, or cycling distances of 40 miles or 54 miles. The event starts at 7:30 AM from 4500 5th Ave South. Entry fees range from $35 to $50 depending on the event selected. This multi-sport format allows endurance athletes to support PTS Awareness while competing at their preferred distance and discipline.

June is PTS Awareness month, and Sojourn Counseling will be raising funds to expand our reach in the community and shine a light on PTS awareness. Help us reach our financial goal and support those in our community who are affected by Post Traumatic Stress. Join us for a 5k Run , a 40, 25 or 10 mile road cycling Ride , or 1.5 hour motorcycle Rumble , followed by a celebration with live music from Shur Shot DJs, door prizes, and lunch catered by Chuy's Mexican Restaurant at Cahaba Brewing Co.
