Da Deer Run Run – Hudson, IL 2026

This will be the fifth year of conducting the race at Timber Pointe Nature Center. The course will consist of two loops, the course will loop the through Timber Pointe running some of the sections of the Run the Wood Race in October, with some twists and turns. Race starts at 11:00 AM. Partial proceeds of this event will benefit Timber Pointe Nature Center. Post race food and beverage will be hosted inside Stern lodge which is near the start/finish line. Sweatshirts for those who pre-register before the cutoff dates. 8K 50/50 mix of paved trail, double track wide, and short single track sections. 4K One lap of the 8K course, suitable for first time trail runners or youth cross country runners. 3 Hours + 8K. Course will be open at 8:00, run as many laps prior to the 11 AM start. Male, Female overall winners will be declared by the most laps and fastest 8K time.
