KARES 5K: For the Long Run – Metamora, IL 2026

The KARES Foundation with the support of our KDM5C community globally hits the pavement September 25 - 27 (or whatever day works for you!) for the 5th annual 5K "For the Long Run" ! Run, walk, roll, hop, skip, dance, or bike with us from wherever you are in the world to raise awareness and funds for KDM5C. Create a team event that works for your community!
