RaceHotelFinder was built by endurance athletes who got tired of the same problem: you register for a race months in advance, then scramble at the last minute to find a hotel that isn’t 45 minutes from the start line and costs three times the normal rate.

We built the tool we wished existed.

RaceHotelFinder tracks over 19,000 upcoming races across all 50 states — marathons, triathlons, obstacle courses, cycling events, Hyrox, trail runs, and more. Every race page shows you hotels sorted by distance from the venue, with real-time pricing and availability. No hunting through Google Maps. No guessing which neighborhood is closest to the start line.

The site pulls race data from RunSignup and updates regularly so the calendar stays current. Hotel results are powered by Stay22, which aggregates availability from major booking platforms and sorts results by proximity to the race venue.

We earn a small commission when you book a hotel through our site, at no extra cost to you. That commission is what keeps the lights on and the data current. It never influences which hotels we show or how they’re ranked — results are always sorted by distance and price.
