The Butler Bulldog Jog starts at 8:00 AM, giving you a window to settle into Indianapolis and grab breakfast before heading to Butler University Health and Recreation Complex. Indy Runners hosts this April event with three distance options: a 1-mile option for shorter efforts, a 5K, and a 10K. Whether you're looking to test fitness early in the season or log steady miles, you'll find an appropriate distance. Entry runs $25 to $50 depending on registration timing and distance selected. The event welcomes both runners and walkers, making it accessible across fitness levels. Indianapolis in mid-April typically offers moderate spring conditions ideal for racing or training efforts.

We had another wonderful day on Campus in 2025 for our Bulldog Jog - the 6th year of our partnership race with Butler University and Indy Runners and Indy Walkers running club! We're looking forward to even more fun in 2026. And we'll have Butler Blue, Butler Cheer and Hink, and the Butler Pep Band out once again to support you and our Dawg Walk. We're grateful for the generocity of participants and friends who have offered additional donations that bolster our charitable giving. This year we will once again be splitting the donations between our three beneficiaries: Butler HRC student programs, Indy Runners' Giving Back initiatives, and the Indy Humane Society. Our 5k continues to be a nice tour through our lovely campus with a flat, fast course for racing hard if you like, or a great family event for kids as well.
