Come join us to "Walk for Rare, Run for Hope!" on the gorgeous Pumpkinvine Trail in Shipshewana. This is a benefit run/walk where all proceeds are going to further patients' care. This will be an out-and-back run at our new clinic, located just next to the trail and the Cove youth center. We will have free snacks, a water station, and bake sale items available by donation. A clock will be available if you would like to track your own time, and medals will be awarded to the top 3 males and 3 females. We will be offering a big wheel race for kids ages 3-7. (big wheels will be provided) DAY OF INSTRUCTIONS: * Day of registration is available; shirts cannot be guaranteed. * Registration will begin at 8:00am * You will want to park in the upfront parking lot of the clinic or across the street by the dog park if the parking lot is full. * If coming from SR 5 you will turn onto North Street. The CHC provides clinical genetic services to all individuals, regardless of religion, race or age. Services include, but are not limited to, clinical genetics, genetic counseling, newborn screening follow-up, diet management, and individualized care coordination.
