Join us for our 17th Annual Trestle Hustle hosted by the Boone County Hospital Foundation. For the 2026 event, we are offering an in-person event and a virtual option. All abilities are welcome, ages 14 and over. Participants of any age are welcome with a parent or guardian's signed consent. However, children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult during the race. Athletes can choose to complete a Duathlon (2-mile run, 14-mile bike, 2-mile run) OR a 5K or 10K run on Saturday, June 20, beginning at 8:00 AM at the Madrid High Trestle Trail, beginning at Dalander Park / Johnson Trailhead (702 E 3rd St, Madrid, IA 50156). Our races will be chip-timed by True Time Racing Services. Age categories will be: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Please Note: If you want to run over the High Trestle Trail Bridge, the 10K is the only race to cross the bridge.
