Welcome to the Twin Lakes Triathlon! The day will feature two races - The Sprint Triathlon and The Super Sprint Triathlon. General Information The Sprint Triathlon is a 500 m swim, 11.6 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run. Individuals and teams may participate. 500 M Swim Map 11.6 Mi Bike Map 5 K Run Map The Super Sprint is a 300 m swim, 5.8 mile bike, and 1.75 mile run. Individuals only. 300 M Swim Map 5.8 Mi Bike Map 1.75 Mi Run Map Cost for registration increases one month before the race. T-shirts are available for racers who register by July 23rd Triathlon Check-in Information Day of Check-in begins at 6am at Twin Lakes Bible Camp on the Gathering Place Porch. After checking in, getting marked, and getting their chip, participants may enter the transition area to set up equipment. Participants must retrieve all equipment from the transition area following the race. Security personnel will monitor the transition area from 6 a.m. until all equipment has been claimed.
