Step Up for KIDS – Wichita, KS 2026

The mission of the Kansas Infant Death and SIDS (KIDS) Network is to serve those who are or may be touched by the tragedy of infant death or SIDS by providing supportive services, community education, professional training and support of associated research. The KIDS Network’s strategy is to reduce infant mortality by collaborating with statewide initiatives to address prematurity, congenital defects, stillbirth and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). This is achieved through multiple innovative initiatives, including: Safe Sleep Community Baby Showers; Cribs for Kids; Safe-sleep education for new and expectant parents via hospital, home visit, or birthing center; and safe-sleep training for healthcare and child care providers. Packet Pick Up Pre-registered participants may pick up their packets at the KIDS office, 300 W.
