Honor Run Half Marathon – Florence, KY 2026

Started in 2014, the mission of the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Honor Run Half Marathon is simple; to honor those who have served us! All proceeds from the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Honor Run Half Marathon, 10K Run/Walk, and 5K Run/Walk are donated to Honor Flight Tri State to help send our local Veterans who have served in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam to Washington DC for the day to see the memorials that they have earned. Over the last 10 years, we have had the privilege of donating roughly $430,000 to Honor Flight Tri State to help send 800 of our local veterans to Washington DC. As long as there are veterans to make the trip we will continue to be in their service! Packet Pickup Packet pickup will take place on Friday, November 13th, and Saturday, November 14th. Race Day Awards The first place overall individual male/female in the Half Marathon, 10K, and the 5K will receive a trophy during the awards presentation on race day.
