Louisville Pure Tap® 5K – Louisville, KY 2026

The Louisville Pure Tap® 5K, presented by the Louisville Water Company, begins and ends at the home of Louisville’s award-winning drinking water: Louisville Water Tower (3005 River Road). This family-friendly race follows a scenic course running east and west along River Road. The race will start at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 29, 2026. It will be professionally chip-timed, and all participants will receive a commemorative Louisville Pure Tap® 5K short-sleeved race shirt and a custom finisher medal. Once again this year, participants are invited to bring their dogs along for the run. There is an additional $10 fee to register dogs, available as a race add-on, with proceeds benefiting Friends of Louisville Metro Animal Services. Registered dogs will receive a special bandana to recognize their participation. After the race, join us for the after-pawty from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at Club K9 Dog Park Bar (9316 Taylorsville Road).
