Curious about triathlon or want to check your skills and get ready for race day? This is your chance to swim, bike, and run in a fun, supportive, no-pressure environment! Our FREE youth and junior combine and skills clinic events let youth and teens experience all three sports with expert coaching, skill-building, baseline benchmarking, and tons of encouragement. Whether you’re brand new to the sport of triathlon or already having run TRI-ing, you’ll learn new skills, meet other athletes your age, and discover your potential. A typical session includes: - warm up, run skills, and a baseline run - swim skills, technique, and benchmark - transition walk through - outdoor bike skills and combine - indoor cycling benchmark (11+) - mini events FREE with a USAT Youth Membership which can be obtained HERE This Combine/Clinic is suitable for athletes ages 7-17, however, all athletes must be able to swim 50m unassisted and ride a bike with 2 wheels. This is not a lesson on how to swim or bike,
