4th Annual Live Well 5K Run/Walk – Little Rock, AR 2026

The Live Well 5K Run/Walk is sponsored by Little Rock Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an organization of college educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and to public service with a primary focus on the Black community. On Saturday, May 30, 2026, in partnership with the Delta Presents Outreach Foundation, we will host the 4th Annual Live Well 5K Run/Walk: A Physical and Mental Health Movement. The Live Well 5K Run/Walk is an opportunity to bring the community together for the purpose of promoting physical and mental health/wellness. Research has shown that running and walking have a positive impact on mental health like better sleep, stress reliever, improved self-esteem, sharper focus, and improved memory. Your support will assist us in our efforts to provide scholarship incentives for high school students interested in furthering their education as well as support overall mental health/wellness in our chapter and community.
