On Wednesday, August 5 the Run for the Sun 5k will return to Kollen Park in downtown Holland, beside the beautiful Lake Macatawa. Here are a few details about the event: Race Location: Kollen Park, 240 Kollen Park Drive, Holland MI, 49423 Parking: Limited parking is available on the east end of Kollen Park where the race begins. There is also street parking nearby with a short walk to the park, or in the west area of Kollen Park, near the boat launch area. Packet Pick-Up: Bib pickup begins at 4:30pm until race time, adjacent to the starting line in the east end of Kollen Park (near the playground area)! Runners who reserved a t-shirt size by the deadline will be able to pick up their shirts! A limited number of shirts for participants who registered after the deadline will be available on a first-come basis! The Polar Patrol treat truck will be on hand offering FREE treats!
