Lake Rebecca Triathlon – Rockford, MN 2026

Lake Rebecca Triathlon is located just 30 miles west of downtown Minneapolis at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, MN. Lake Rebecca is part of the Three Rivers Park District, and provides a beautiful backdrop for a great day of racing and spectating. There are many reasons why Lake Rebecca has continued to be such a popular destination for a triathlon: a clear, clean non-motorboat lake, low traffic county roads with wide shoulders, a beautiful run in the shade of mature trees, parking close to transition and lots of room to roam for spectators and families. All abilities are welcome to join us, and we look forward to seeing you at Lake Rebecca Triathlon in July! Please note: Headphones are not permitted on any part of the course.
