Hospital Hill Run – Kansas City, MO 2026

Due to activities surrounding the FIFA World Cup 26™ in Kansas City, the 2026 Hospital Hill Run will be run on an earlier date in May. Take part in “The Kansas City Running Tradition,” and participate in the Grandfather of all Kansas City Road Races. Join the thousands of runners from across the country and the world who have Conquered the Hill! All participants receive one-of-a-kind swag, including a unique finisher's medal, participant bib, and a commemorative apparel item. In addition, finishers receive finish-line food and drink, on-course entertainment, a great post-race party, and much more! For those wanting to share in the tradition but are unable to attend in person, we offer the Hospital Hill Run Virtual Race option for all three distances.
