Join us for our 10th annual race this June! Get off the pavement and come explore the Big Sky on this county road race on the Geyser Cutoff Road between Geraldine and Geyser, Montana. Explore the hidden treasures in your own back yard as you run through the hills and onto the prairie finishing the race on Main Street, Geraldine, Montana!! The half marathon & 5k races feature beautiful, Central Montana scenery! The 5K run/walk is a gradual descent into town featuring Square Butte and Round Butte mountains; whereas, the half marathon course will traverse the foothills between the Highwood Mountains and Round Butte as you make your way across the hills descending into town. The race is on a gravel, country road so strollers with big tires are recommended. Keep your eyes out - as you travel across the country look for wildlife including deer, antelope, elk, coyotes, cows and maybe snakes! Our 1 mile fun run, this year in memory of a yearly participant and big supporter - Freida Muir, loops
