Instructional League Whether you have never curled before or are looking to get some more experience before joining league play, the Instructional League is the right place for you. This three week league will start with the basics of “learn to curl” and add on new techniques and strategies each week. By the end of the 4 weeks, you will be ready to join League play. Each member will be placed on a team with a coach. Each session will start out with fundamental skills training and then feature a game to apply your new skills. The coaches will work with you on your on-ice skills, the etiquette of the sport, and getting you ready to play with more experienced curlers. Best of all, you do not need to purchase any equipment to join the league. Some players may choose to get their own shoes or brooms, but that is not a requirement to be in the Instructional League. The Loggerhead Curling Club has everything that you need to get started. Winter Instructional League Dates March 1, 8, 15 and 22
