This is a series of weekend training sessions focusing on four of the five disciplines of Modern Pentathlon: laser-run (running and laser pistol shooting), swimming, and ninja warrior training. Fencing will also be offered separately (for a $25 drop-in fee) at Bay Area Fencing Club on Saturday mornings. Schedule: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm: ($25 drop-in fee) Fencing Training at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.; Los Gatos, CA 95032); 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Laser-Run Training at Live Oak Park (641 Moreland Way; Santa Clara, CA 95054) 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Swimming Training at Rivermark Pool (4419 Lick Mill Blvd.; Santa Clara, CA 95054). The laser-run and swimming training will be coached by Coach Kirt or Coach Pablo, both of whom are certified USA Triathlon Associate Coaches and former U.S. Olympic Trials competitors.
