This year will mark 26th Annual Brooklet Peanut Run 5k. This race will be held on the 3rd Saturday in August (August 15, 2026) and will begin at 7:15 A.M. The location of the race will be at the Brooklet Elementary School - 600 West Lane Street Brooklet, GA. The awards ceremony will be in front of the school at 8:30 A.M. As this is the 26th year, we are one of the oldest regional area 5k's and will continue to make this a great evet for all participants. Plans are being made to award top prizes and also have some great door prizes. We look forward to all runners and walkers to participate. The actual Peanut Festival has been moved to the third Saturday in September, however we have kept the 5k race on what was the original date of the Peanut Festival which was the 3rd Saturday of August. The 5k run is hosted by the Southeast Bulloch High School Cross Country Team(s).
