Join us for our 34th Year! The YMCA Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day tradition that attracts runners of all ages and abilities to Fredericksburg, VA each year. Run or walk the 5K course through scenic downtown Fredericksburg! Kids can get in on the fun by joining a parent in the 5K or running the 1-mile race. All finishers will receive a medal! There's also a 1/4 Mile Tot Trot held on Wednesday, November 25th at 4pm on the JMHS track. Your littlest trotters (ages 5 and under) can race the day before the main Turkey Trot! Proceeds raised support Rappahannock Area YMCA programs that empower youth, improve community health, and ensure affordable access for all.
