We are back for another year of racing with our start and end on Alameda Point. Participants can run, jog or walk the entire course. Jogging strollers are permitted but are asked to start in the back of the pack. Wheelchair athletes are permitted but due to safety concerns and street closure restrictions cannot travel faster than the fastest runner. No bikes, scooters, skateboards or other wheeled vehicles are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on our race courses. We love dogs, but there are those who are not so comfortable around them and there are also dogs that are uncomfortable around hundreds of other people, therefore NO DOGS ALLOWED on the course or at the finish line. We will provide bike parking for those of you that prefer to bike to the event. See the race website for more details. Medical and Water Stops: We will have a dedicated paramedics team on site and available to help assess your race day medical needs and administer acute first aid when necessary. A medical station will be located near the finish line and team members will be roaming the course.
