Teams of 2 will compete side by side through the following... 1000 Meter Ski Erg 60 Dumbbell Thrusters 80 Calorie Air Bike 50 Med Ball Sit Ups 1000 Meter Row 60 Burpees 1 Mile Skillmill Run Waves of 15-20 teams will go off every 15 minutes.*** Heat times will be sent out 2 weeks before the event ! Top 3 in Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles will a TBD prize. All finishers will receive a custom finisher medal.
