The Alpine Runners of Lake Zurich proudly present the 46th Annual Lake Zurich Alpine Races! The Alpine Races 5k and 10-mile courses are USATF certified. The races run through the streets and along the shores of beautiful Lake Zurich. Gatorade and Water will be available along the course. No dogs, strollers, bikes, or rollerblades are allowed in the races please. Keeping with the Race Industry standard, the Alpine Races will not issue refunds or defer for registration made online, by mail, or on race weekend. The Alpine Runners 10 Mile Run is a 2026 CARA Racing Circuit Race. FAQ: Course time limit is 3 hours The race will proceed rain or shine. Lightning/Severe Weather: The race may be delayed or canceled. Email communication will be used before race day for weather and parking updates. Day of race announcements will be made to inform participants to any weather alerts. Volunteers are the backbone of every successful race and we are grateful for ours.
