2026 Race Overview In-person Event Join other participants on Saturday, August 8 to run or walk the distance you signed up for (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run). Prizes, including cash for the top male and female 6k and 10k finishers will be awarded! See our website for start time and award details. Registration Register online by Wednesday, July 29 for the distance of your choice (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run) to guarantee you receive a shirt. Or register in-person on Friday, August 8 from 3-6pm and the morning of the event (August 8) from 7-8:15am. (Fees increase after July 29.) Packet pick-up Shirts, potatoes, race bibs, and medals will be available for pick up on Friday, August 7 from 3-6pm and the morning of the event (August 8) from 7-8am. Timing All in-person events will be timed using an electronic chip on the race bib. Participants are encouraged to spread out at the start line, as timing will begin when you cross a start mat and will end once you cross over a mat at the finish line. Virtual Event Option What is a Virtual Event? It’s simple- between August 1 and August 8, time yourself as you run or walk the distance you signed up for (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run) and then submit the results. Registration Register online by July 29 for the distance of your choice (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run). Virtual participants will not be eligible for prizes awarded to the top finishers at the in-person event. (Fees increase after July 29.) Shirts & Medals Your shirt and medal will be mailed to you if you selected to participate in our event virtually. Potatoes will not be provided to virtual participants. Submit Your Time Complete your run in the distance for which you registered (10k Run, 6k Run/Walk, or 2k Run). Use a stopwatch, phone or GPS-enabled device such as a Garmin or FitBit to record your time. Go to the results page located and click on your distance. Find your name in the list of entries. If you click on the name header, it will list the entries in alphabetical order or you can use the search box to find your name. Click on the "Enter Time" associated with your name to bring up the submission form. Enter the data as requested. Time and age are required fields. The others are optional. For the Map Link, you can copy the link from an activity you uploaded to sites like Strava or Garmin Connect to display your run generated by your GPS-enabled device or smartphone. Click the Submit button to record your results. We will process times into a results listing periodically to update standings as the results come in. You can check back later for your finish place. If you encounter any problems with recording your time, please contact john@performancetiming.com and he will answer your questions or fix your problem with your times. If you would like, you can print yourself a personalized race number from the results site prior to the race. To do that, click on the Certificate icon associated with your name. After the races are completed, you will be able to print a finishers certificate that is suitable for framing and bragging about your accomplishment.
