WHO: ALL runners, step counters, and Halloween enthusiast! Fitness levels from first time 5k'ers to experienced athletes, you are all welcome! WHAT: 3.1 miles of fast changing scenery; starting from the City Rec Dept., through the woods, passing Castle Playground, racing past the East Carrollton soccer fields, and dashing to the turnaround at the Log Cabin.
