HOWEVER, we're still holding a VIRTUAL race! Do your own triathlon now through September 5th, record your times, and then we'll distribute swag and awards the following weekend! The ONLY open-water sprint triathlon in Utah County is HERE! New in 2026, the Art City Tri will blow your socks off! We start off with a chilly swim of about 200 yards out and back from the beach to the fishing dock in Wayne Bartholomew Family Park Reservoir. Next, you will complete a six-mile out-and-back bike ride on the Mapleton Trail. Stash your bike and dash in the river bottoms on a relatively flat 5k run to finish off the triathlon!
