It's our 30th year! Join us for a seaside race on a flat, partially shaded course through scenic Avon-by-the-Sea. Clocks and water stops at each mile. Shirts guaranteed to first 1,500 registered runners. All runners automatically entered in post-race raffle. Raffle prizes include season beach badges to the Avon-by-the-Sea beach. All proceeds benefit the Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad. The Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad is a not-for-profit, 501c(3) organization that provides emergency medical and rescue services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no charge, to residents and visitors to Avon-by-the-Sea. It has provided these services since 1931. The squad is staffed by volunteer EMTs and relies entirely on charitable contributions for all operating expenses.
