The Tyrone Race Series presents Book It for the Huntingdon County Library 5K Run and 2 Mile Walk! The Book It for the Huntingdon County Library 5K Run, 2 Mile Walk and Kids Sprint Event will be held along the scenic trail of Rails to Trails Alexandria Trailhead (Alfarata Station) in Alexandria on November 14th, 2026! The start and finish line will be at Rails to Trails Alexandria Trailhead (Alfarata Station) in Alexandria, PA. Address : Lower Trail, Alexandria, PA 16611 Timeline of Events: 7:30 AM : Check-in and Day of Registration 9:00 AM: 5K Run Starts 9:15 AM: 2 Mile Walk Starts 10:00 AM: Kids Sprint (50-100 Meter Dash) Awards to follow - Course: Out and back along the scenic rolled crushed limestone trail of Rails to Trails Alexandria. The trail is extremely flat and may be a good course for achieving 'personal best' times. Timing: Miles of Smiles Timing Services Early Registration: Registration on runsignup.com. Register by October 23rd to be guaranteed shirt. Online Registration will close November 13, 2026 at 12 noon.
