Cabot Family Track Nights: Keeping Kids Active & Families Moving - Cabot Family Track Nights is a free summer program designed to get kids moving, build confidence, and promote a lifelong love of fitness. Held on Mondays in June from 6-7 PM at the Cabot High School Track, this event welcomes families to enjoy an evening of running, walking, and fun together. Our mission is simple: to create a positive, encouraging environment where kids of all ages can experience the joy of being active. Whether they’re sprinting, jogging, or just having fun on the track, every child is celebrated for their effort. Parents and family members are encouraged to join in, cheer from the sidelines, or walk/run alongside their kids to make fitness a family affair. What to Know: 1. Bring water!
