CACI Fizzy Mile 2026 – Sterling, VA 2026

The Fizzy Mile is making a return for 2026! Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Average Joe. TRAINING TIME STARTS NOW!!! Rules Each competitor drinks four cans of beer (or seltzers for non-alcoholic) and runs four laps (start with chugging a beer, then run a lap, then beer, then lap, then beer, then lap, then beer, then lap - finish). Beer/Seltzers must be consumed before the lap begins, within the transition area. The race begins with competitors lined up on the mile starting line, drinking the first beer/seltzer in the transition area described in the step above. This ensures competitors cover a complete mile. Competitors can walk/move in the transition area while drinking, but all beer/seltzer must be consumed in the transition area before setting off to run a lap. Competitors must drink canned beer (or seltzer) that is no less than 355mL (12 Oz) in volume. This years beer of choice will be chosen by last years Top 10 Finishers!
