Carpe Diem Epilepsy Run – TOLEDO, OH 2026

Seize the Day at the Carpe Diem 5K Run & 3K Walk! Lace up your sneakers and join us in raising awareness for epilepsy and vital funds to support epilepsy programs at The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio. Together, we can make a difference for individuals and families affected by epilepsy while celebrating health, hope, and community. Runners receive a race t-shirt, timing chip, and bracelet! Dogs welcome! Well-behaved, vaccinated, leashed pups can join the fun too (owners are responsible for their furry friends). Check-In: 8:30 AM 5K Run: 9:00 AM 3K Walk: 9:15 AM Whether you’re racing for a personal best, walking alongside friends, or strutting with your pup, you’ll be part of an inspiring day dedicated to support, awareness, and seizing the day!
