The Cherry Pickers Trot & Pit Spit is the third Thursday in July celebrating one of Green Bluff's treasured delights...deliciously sweet cherries! Enjoy the 4-mile run through Green Bluff's orchard country on paved roads. Walkers welcome (NO dogs allowed for insurance liability). We have the largest FREE Pit Spit Contest this side of the Rockies!! It's free and the competition is between 5 & 6pm! The firefighters & Harvest House will have food! The Tot Trot, free, for ages 5 and under, promptly, starts at 6:30!!! Lots of family fun!!! Race Day Schedule 5:00 pm – Pre-Registered get their bibs - Late Registration & Food Open(Fire Station & Harvest House) 5:00 pm – Cherry Pit Spit(closes at 6:00pm for competing) MUST register, FREE - get there early! 6:30 pm – Tot Trot, free, ages 5 and under - look for your child's age category - There is a TOT TROT Banner! 7:00 pm – Cherry Pickers Trot 6.4K (4 Mile) Race – walkers & strollers in the back - HAVE FUN TROTTING!!!
