31st Annual Chesterfield Alumni Run A Legacy Continued. A Community Reunited. Hey everyone, There are traditions so special they become the bedrock of our community. For over three decades, the Chesterfield Alumni Run has been exactly that. It is the homecoming that kicks off our Thanksgiving—the one day each year we return to the course that holds so many of our shared memories to reconnect with the people who define our running journeys. Last year, we celebrated an incredible milestone with the 30th anniversary. It was our 2nd year as caretakers of this event, and seeing the community show up in such force reinforced why we took this on: to ensure that the legacy built by the late, legendary Coach Stan Morgan and the original founders lives on for the next 30 years and beyond.
