‍♂️ City of Lights Freedom Run 2026 ‍♀️ April 25 | ⏰ 8:00 AM Start (Fun Run at 9:00 AM) The city needs heroes… and that means YOU. Join us for the annual Freedom Run and suit up for a morning of purpose, power, and impact! Whether you're flying through 13.1 miles or walking with your family, every step helps us push back darkness in our community. ‍♀️ 1/2 Marathon – For the endurance heroes 5K – Fast, fierce, and powerful Fun Run – Perfect for families and future superheroes (starts at 9:00 AM) Location: All races will take place on the Horse Creek Trail, starting at the trailhead at Bevill State Community College ️ Course Details: • 5K: Out-and-back entirely on the trail • Half Marathon: Two out-and-back loops on the trail On the Course: • Water stations along the route • Fuel station for half marathon runners Swag & Awards: • All runners receive a race T-shirt • Half marathon finishers receive a medal • Awards for each age category (5K & Half) ⏱️ Timing: • Chip timi
