Diablo Valley Federal Credit Union (DVFCU) is pleased to welcome you to our information page about the Concord Turkey Trot, a 5K run/walk benefiting Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa. The event will take place at Newhall Park on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26, 2026, at 8 AM. For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, registration for this event is capped at a TBD number of participants. Everyone participating in the 5K run/walk course must have a paid registration, with the exception of children 2 years old and under, who will be in a stroller for the duration of the event. The course includes varied terrain, including grass fields, park pathways, and city streets. Those participating with strollers or pets will be asked to enter at the back of the start area so as not to impede those wishing to race for time.
