Join us for the 2026 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! We have something for everyone: Marathon, Half marathon, 4-Person Relay, 5K, and Covenant Health Kids Run! Saturday, April 11, 2026 5:30 pm – Covenant Health Kids Run 7:00 pm – Covenant Health 5K Sunday, April 12, 2026 7:27 am – Wheelchair & Handcycle Participants Start 7:30 am – Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay Start ***New this year, sign up for one of our two challenges! The Knox Hills Challenge includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Marathon. The Marble City Challenge includes the Saturday 5K and the Sunday Half Marathon.
