Columbia Track Club (CTC) Colts Cross Country The Columbia Track Club (CTC) Colts Cross Country program is a youth running group based in Columbia, Missouri, designed to promote health, fitness, teamwork, and community for young runners. The Colts compete as part of the Central Missouri Athletic Circuit (CMAC).
