Cross Country 5K Details Lace up for a true cross-country adventure. This scenic 5K winds through natural, wooded trails that weave in and out of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, delivering fresh air, forest views and a satisfying challenge. Runners will tackle rolling hills with a total elevation gain of 112 feet, making this course as rewarding as it is beautiful. All skill levels are welcome, whether you’re chasing a personal best or enjoying the run at your own pace. The top three finishers in the men’s and women’s divisions and in the boys and girls division (under 16) will receive medals. Due to the terrain and limited accessibility, jogging strollers are not recommended. 1-Mile Kids Dash Details Get ready to run, cheer and celebrate!
