Join us for the Inaugural Dash for Dementia 5K Run/Walk, a community event hosted by UFirst FCU supporting individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias through the Third Age Adult Day Center at SUNY Plattsburgh. Whether you are running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps strengthen local support services and raise awareness for dementia care.
