DASH, DANCE or PRANCE your way through our 5th Annual 5K. Acadiana Fitness is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 5th Annual "Dasher Dancer Prancer 5K" on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Warm-Up will begin at 7:45, race will start at 8:00am. **TO BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT, YOU MUST REGISTER ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 17, 2025** **DEADLINE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION IS TUESDAY DECEMBER 1 @ 10:00 PM** !!!!Registration will re-open ON SITE, on race day, from 6:30 to 7:40 AM. ($45.00 registration fee) The run will be in conjunction with Carencro Country Christmas . After the race, stop in and partake in the Carencro Community Center's Christmas Activities. This will be a fun family event for all . (COSTUMES ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED) The run will begin at the Carencro Community Center. You are welcome to park there or next door at the Carencro Library. **MEDALS will be awarded to overall MALE and FEMALE, and to 1st and 2nd place in each age category** AGE GROUPS 1-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50 AND UP 🎗️Miles for Hope 🎗️ Do you want to run for a reason?
