REGISTRATION FEE: $18.00 - Come join the NASNI MWR Team this Halloween for the "Dia De Los Deadlift" Challenge" from 0700-1700 - Lifting your own Bodyweight, complete as many Continuous Unbroken Barbell Deadlift reps. - Check in / Weigh in at NAS North Island - VADM Fitness Center Bldg. # 1507 RULES: - Weigh in prior to lift - Lift until failure (Minimum 5 repetitions, Maximum ??) - No Sumo lifts - No Lifting straps - No Chalk - Athletic footwear required - Weight Belts allowed ***MWR Fitness events are open ONLY to valid Military ID card holders (Active Duty, Retiree, Dependent, DOD) and their guests!***
